About the program
Our Graduate Trainee Program is designed to prepare you for a permanent role as a Controller within our organization. Through structured rotations across key business functions, you will build the analytical, financial and commercial skills required to succeed in this role while gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business and its financial drivers.
Beyond day-to-day Finance and Controlling activities, you will gain insight into the operational and commercial factors that drive financial performance. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of our Finance and Control function, gaining exposure to controlling methodologies, cost allocation principles and pricing mechanisms.
With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will gradually take on responsibility as you progress through the program.
Your rotational journey
You will gain practical experience across four connected areas of our business:
People-related costs
Employee lifecycle administration and personnel cost management
Insurance and employee benefits cost structures
Payroll accounting and labour cost generation
Procurement and commercial processes
Procurement, vendor management and expenditure processes
Work orders, billing and intercompany revenue recovery mechanisms
Controlling and performance analysis
Cost allocation methodologies and controlling activities
Profitability analysis across services, projects and business activities
Cost, rate and pricing monitoring, including variance and deviation analysis
Financial planning and reporting
Financial accounting, reconciliations and statutory reporting
Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes
By working across these areas, you will learn how business activities are reflected in financial results and how financial information supports effective decision-making. You will collaborate with colleagues across different functions and develop the perspective required for a future role in Controlling.
What you bring:
A recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking and an interest in finance and controlling
Confidence working with spreadsheets and structured financial data
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Fluency in English; Italian and/or German would be an advantage
