2026 Off-cycle Internship - P&C Marketing & Digital Sales – Zurich

Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically as a marketing & digital sales professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Marketing & Digital Sales (M&DS) team in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

• collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement

Your team

You’ll be working in our Digital Communications & Growth team within Marketing & Digital Sales (M&DS) in Zurich. M&DS is part of the COO area of UBS Switzerland and is responsible for several areas such as transformation, integration and product development. We shape UBS’s client engagement by creating data-driven campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and refining online presence to deliver innovative, client-focused experiences. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients. The team Digital Communication & Growth includes various disciplines such as Content Marketing, On-site Steering, organic Social Media and Growth Marketing. As part of your role, you will be working closely with experts on strategic website projects with a strong focus on the website management and quality assurance. You will be at the intersection between Business, SEO/GEO and CRO and gain insights into the operational setup of a large Marketing organization.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• has excellent German and English skills, French and/or Italian is a plus
• has Project Management experience with a strong focus on details, accountability and precision in all tasks
• has experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Hubspot) and has ideally created websites on his/her own
• has the ability to coordinate across various stakeholder groups, teams and departments, as well as to implement tangible and simple solutions
• has a genuine interest in leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to enhance client engagement and experience

Start date: 1 December or by agreement
Length: 6 months

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
