2027 Internship – Digital Assets Strategy & Reporting – Zurich
Your role
Are you passionate about digital assets, emerging technologies and strategic business management? Do you enjoy turning data into insights, creating impactful management presentations and working with senior stakeholders?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Group Digital Assets team.
You’ll get to:
- assist in the coordination of strategic projects across Personal & Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Bank, Asset Management and Group Functions
- help track key initiatives, milestones, risks and dependencies across the Digital Assets portfolio
- leverage AI and data analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency and support decision-making
- support the preparation of management reporting, dashboards and strategic updates for the Digital Assets leadership team
- perform market research and competitive analysis on digital assets, blockchain, tokenization and related industry trends
Your team
You’ll be working in the Digital Assets Strategy & Reporting team in Zürich. The team supports senior leadership with strategic planning, portfolio oversight, financial management, governance, industry engagement and executive communications across the Digital Assets organization. We act as a central coordination point across business divisions, technology teams and control functions, helping drive UBS’s digital assets strategy and ensuring transparency on delivery, risks and value creation.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
- has excellent English skills, German is a plus
- has a passion for digital innovation and client-centric solutions
Start date: 1 November 2026 or by agreement

Your program
This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
