As a Business Analyst / Consultant, you’ll be a pillar of stability for our clients and help them to address current and future questions as they strive for market share and growth.

Who we are looking for

• You are always curious and seek to understand issues from multiple perspectives, which enables you to survey, articulate, and develop innovative solutions
• With your motivation to drive topics like business and operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design, and process digitisation, cost optimisation, analytics, and ecosystems, you bring fresh perspectives to our projects
• You hold a university degree with a strong academic record and have ideally gained first work experience in insurance or while working with a major consulting firm
• With your motivation to gain a profound understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, you are on track to be among the first to discover important breakthroughs in Insurance Transformation & Innovation
• Fluency in German or French, as well as English.

Your team

Our Operations Transformation team advises, designs, implements, and deploys solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues in specific sectors, including Life Sciences, Banking & Insurance, and the public sector. As the newest addition to our diverse team, you’ll support us in guiding our clients, whether they are looking for assistance with operational excellence, payment and delivery model innovation, or emerging business models.
