Contract Manager

What you do:

• Preparation of acquisition/support training system offers, confidentiality agreements, teaming agreements
• Preparation, review and negotiation of acquisition/support contracts
• Liaison with corporate business support departments for specific or unusual legal, tax, financing and insurance requirements
• Liaison with procurement department for flow down/up of terms and conditions with suppliers
• Provide contracts management advice to other departments
• Review of other documents from an English language perspective

What you bring:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial or legal contract environment, approximately 3 years contract negotiation experience with international government organisations and experience in the aerospace industry
• Experience in being able to interpret and draft complete contracts
• University education or equivalent qualification is advantageous but not a necessity
• Highly fluent in written and spoken English (preferably native language), understanding of German and French languages is advantageous but not a necessity
• Entrepreneurial, innovative thinking with creativity and flexibility desired for unconventional win-win solutions
• Accept possibility of occasional irregular working hours and peak workloads with the possibility of international travel
