Are you a STEM* student in Switzerland and you’d like to explore how to grow personally and professionally?

Join MIND, our 6-month mentorship program in Switzerland for students from STEM disciplines. The goal of the program is to provide students with networking, leadership and career building skills and to explore consulting as a career path.

It includes of 4 different content workshops (in-person and virtual) led by McKinsey consultants and recruiters who will guide you through hands-on exercises and discussions. Each workshop will cover a specific topic (see below).

In addition to the workshops, each participant will be paired with a personal McKinsey mentor, coming from a similar educational background. Your mentor will coach you and provide career advice with the opportunity to meet monthly. During these sessions, you will have conversations with a focus of your choice.

*STEM stands for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics
