Your Role
- Administrative support for multiple team members (e.g. Calendar management, travel management, meeting coordination, etc.)
- Create expense reports and other supporting documents
- Welcome guests and clients and ensure their wellbeing
- Assist with event organization
- Order office supplies
- Compile information packages on prospective corporate clients
- Ensure that mail is distributed and collected in due time
- Maintain cleanliness of Meeting rooms and the kitchen area
- Support with other Ad-hoc projects and tasks
Requirements
- Permanent employment in the heart of Zurich

First Assistant experience and perfect command of English and German
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- At least 2 years of working experience in a administrative position
- Excellent command of both English and German
- A high degree of resilience and self-initiative
- Very good command of the MS-Office toolbox
- Willingness to go the extra mile
