We currently have an opening for a Quotations Project Manager Medium-Voltage Systems, based in Baden, Switzerland. Do you have a Bachelor degree with a technical background with knowledge in medium-voltage switchgear systems, distribution substations, and cable distribution cabinets? Are you a sales-driven individual with the ability to communicate at all levels and the desire to take on responsibility? We then have the right job opportunity for you!
Tasks:
- Coordinate requests for quotations and schedules, in addition to preparing documentation
- Compile and describe key components in line with customer requirements
- Analyze and assess inquiries, specifications, and calls for tenders from both a technical and a commercial perspective
- Lead procurement negotiations during quotations/bidding stage with the support of Supply Management
- Contribute to strategies relating to quotations projects, conduct risk analyses, and put together and evaluate sales statistics
- Oversee continuous improvement of quotations/bidding processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Knowledge relating to medium-voltage switchgear and distribution substations
- First experience with costing and quotations/bids and contractual agreements would be an advantage
- Team spirit and integrity with strong customer focus
- Excellent command of German and good knowledge of English
