Internship in Talent Acquisition
As an intern in Talent Acquisition (TA), you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on recruitment activities in Rotkreuz (Zug). You will be directly involved in the day-to-day recruitment activities and special projects.
The internship entails the following key responsibilities:
- Recruit all interns for the Rotkreuz site including the publication of job advertisements, briefing meetings, interviews and reference checks
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in administrative recruitment tasks and projects
- Be the first point of contact for hiring managers as well as candidates on all topics concerning internships
- Support the development and implementation of the recruitment strategy for interns at our site
- Continuous improvement of the internship program
- Develop and foster interns community/network
To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:
- You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field
- Experience in Human Resources, experience in recruitment is a plus
- Proactive team player, strong customer orientation and flexible mindset, ability to professionally communicate at all levels
- Passion for detail, good multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Interest to work in a global, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Experience in Workday is a plus
