Your program’s highlights
Our Internship Program is open to students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of the financial services industry. Over the course of this in-depth, comprehensive program you make valuable contributions to the bank’s work, develop skills, expand your knowledge and grow in confidence. You participate in networking events, shadowing days, real-world business challenges and demanding tasks to enhance your experience. By the end of the program, you gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse and the industry in general.
Start date: upon agreement
Duration: 6 months
Academic requirements: Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university, ideally in business, finance, economics or engineering.

Your field of responsibility
Are you interested in kick-starting your career and working on cutting-edge banking topics within the Strategy department of an industry-leading bank? Then this is your chance!
Our team supports the CEO and Management Committee of the Swiss Bank division with the development of its divisional strategy, the strategic evolution of its product portfolio, as well as the review and optimization of its business activities. You will create tangible strategic impact, developing a wide range of management consulting skills and taking responsibility for key project deliverables across strategy definition, concept development and implementation. You will collaborate with business partners across our Swiss businesses to drive strategic change in close interaction with management.
