Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in Computer Science related field

Your Tasks

• You will

  • become a member of the Credit Suisse Cloud Team which is responsible for building and supporting the entire cloud stack of the bank
  • perform a variety of tasks in the areas of storage-, network- and compute-virtualization and actively contribute to the daily maintenance tasks
  • contribute to enhance automation and help further drive the quality of the environment
  • undertake demanding root-cause analysis in cooperation with engineering teams and vendor resources
  • cooperate within a global team to improve processes and the efficiency of the wider team in general
  • help shaping processes for new public cloud offerings in Credit Suisse’ diverse public cloud footprint

Your Profile

• You are an independent and reliable person with a high level of focus on service
• You have knowledge of virtualization and its concepts. A knowledge of VMware or Azure products is a plus.
• You take on communication with external partner groups and proactively meet challenges
• You are willing to become part of a team and contribute to success
• You are eager to learn new topics (tools, processes etc) in the area of an internal cloud service provider
• You are interested to support us in our first steps towards public cloud (Azure)
• You have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various partners
• Are you fluent in German and English (spoken & written)?
