About the Role
In Technology & Transformation, you’ll work with colleagues who bring together technology and business perspectives to help clients navigate change.
As generative AI moves from experimentation into practical use, we are looking for a curious recent graduate to join our Technology & Transformation team in Switzerland as an AI Agent Engineer. You will help turn promising ideas into AI solutions that improve how we work and support our clients.
How you can make an impact
- Identify high-value opportunities for AI agents and translate business needs into clear use cases.
- Design and develop AI agents and AI-enabled applications, from rapid prototypes through testing and deployment.
- Adapting and reusing proven capabilities where appropriate; build reusable assets that improve productivity, quality, knowledge access and client delivery.
- Test solutions rigorously, iterate based on user feedback and contribute to technical documentation and reusable development patterns.
- Collaborate with technology, risk and business specialists to progress solutions toward controlled and scalable use and help teams understand what agentic AI can realistically do.
What you bring to succeed
- Recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Robotics, Computational Science, Software Engineering or another strongly AI/engineering-related field.
- Hands-on experience developing an AI agent or AI-enabled application for personal, educational, research or professional use.
- A foundation in software development, together with hands-on exposure to modern generative-AI technologies.
- The ability to combine engineering discipline with creativity.
- Having developed an AI agent during your studies, as part of your master’s thesis, during a relevant internship or as a personal project would be an advantage.
What sets you apart
- Experience with some of the following would be valuable:
- LLM application development and agentic AI
- Tool/function calling and APIs
- Retrieval-augmented generation and vector search
- Prompt and context engineering
- Git and modern software-development practices
- AI evaluation and testing
- Structured and unstructured data processing
- Cloud or sandbox development environments
