  • Together within our FSI Risk and Regulatory Assurance team and in collaboration across the firm, support our clients on the Swiss financial market on regulatory and financial market risk issues (e.g. financial services and institutions laws, banking and asset management laws, pension fund and insurance laws)
  • Support our customers in the prevention of money laundering (AML) and of Swiss and international sanctions
  • Carry out regulatory audit mandates together with the FSI audit team as well as FINMA special audits and investigations
  • Participate to projects to help financial institutions comply with new regulatory developments such as ESG regulations and cope with new challenges in the digital/blockchain/data-protection/cloud area
  • Support the team with market development campaigns and offers

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or post-graduate degree in Swiss law
  • First professional experience in the field of financial services is an advantage
  • As team player, customer-oriented, motivated personality with assertiveness, willingness to learn and navigate beyond comfort zone
  • Openness to travel and flexibility regarding location
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English; additional knowledge of French or Italian are a plus
