Are you passionate about shaping the future of supply chains? Ready to dive into cutting-edge technology and make a real difference for global clients? At Deloitte, we’re looking for dynamic, curious, and driven Supply Chain Planning consultants who want to grow their expertise while working on exciting, real-world challenges.
How you can make an impact
- Develop deep functional and conceptual knowledge of supply chain planning — from Sales & Operations Planning to Demand Forecasting and beyond.
- Drive innovative, tech-enabled solutions that transform how our clients plan, produce, and deliver.
- Support clients in building robust processes, capabilities, and governance — or guide them through Advanced Planning Systems (APS) assessments, selections, and implementations.
- Advise organisations of all sizes on capacity planning, product launch strategies, materials management, and the latest enabling technologies.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation to support client engagements and business growth.
- Own your projects with autonomy, collaborating closely in small, agile teams.
- Pick your passion: dive into a topic that excites you and develop it through research, a point of view (PoV), or even a client engagement.
- Collaborate regularly with Deloitte’s Supply Chain Planning team to brainstorm solutions and develop ideas for ongoing projects and business development.
- Experience a vibrant mix of working alongside colleagues in our offices and spending time on-site with clients — from corporate HQs to factories — to truly understand their challenges.
Who we are looking for
- A management consulting enthusiast with a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Experienced about Supply Chain Planning disciplines like Integrated Business Planning, Inventory Optimisation, Network Design, and Production Scheduling.
- Knowledgeable about Materials Management, Product Launch Planning, and cut-over management.
- Any prior APS (Advanced Planning System) exposure is an asset, either as an end-user, an implementation consultant, or product specialist.
- Independent, proactive, and ready to take ownership in projects where you can shine as a key resource.
- A team player with intellectual curiosity and a hunger to learn continuously.
- Comfortable working in an international environment, including travel abroad when needed.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages such as French or German are a strong bonus.
- Certified or working towards certifications like APICS or other Supply Chain/Operations credentials is a plus.
Your Team
- A vibrant, supportive team that’s well connected across EMEA and globally.
- Exposure to end-to-end supply chain transformation projects — from strategy and design to hands-on implementation.
- Opportunities to work with multinational clients across diverse industries including Consumer Business, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, and Industrial Manufacturing.
- Access to extensive internal and external training programmes to boost your skills and career.
- The freedom to explore and develop your own ideas through research, PoVs, or client projects — your growth is in your hands.
- Career progression opportunities aligned with your ambitions and interests.
- A supportive environment where your input is heard, your ideas are taken seriously, and your growth is encouraged.
