At Deloitte, we believe that innovation, strong ideas and compelling communication make the difference. We are currently looking for a motivated Intern to support our Procurement team in Switzerland over the next three to six months. This role is ideal for someone who combines curiosity for AI with a strong sense for marketing, storytelling and visual communication. You will work closely with experienced consultants and contribute to a variety of client-facing and internal initiatives - from shaping thought leadership content and drafting points of view to supporting the design of high-quality proposals and presentations up to the development of impactful marketing and brand awareness ideas.

You will benefit from a high degree of flexibility in terms of both working hours and work location. While the role can largely be performed remotely, occasional presence in our Zurich or Basel office will be expected. Learn more about Training Programmes & Assignments.

How you can make an impact

  • Support the development of Points of View, thought leadership pieces and marketing content on relevant business topics, with a particular focus on AI and innovation
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of client proposals and presentations
  • Help shape compelling and visually appealing materials in line with Deloitte quality standards and brand expectations
  • Research market trends, emerging topics and relevant industry developments to support content creation
  • Assist in translating complex ideas into clear, concise and engaging messages for internal and external audiences
  • Support selected marketing and business development activities
  • Already know or at least curious to explore how AI tools and new technologies can improve content development, proposal creation and communication effectiveness

Who we are looking for

  • You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Innovation, Technology or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in artificial intelligence, innovation and modern business topics
  • You enjoy writing and are able to create clear, well-structured and professional content in English
  • You have an eye for design, layout and graphical storytelling
  • You are confident using PowerPoint and common productivity tools; familiarity with design tools or AI-based content tools is an advantage
  • You work independently, reliably and with attention to detail
  • You bring a proactive mindset, curiosity and a willingness to learn in a dynamic consulting environment
  • You are confident to bring your own ideas and challenge the thinking of the consultants
  • German language skills are a plus, but not required

What we offer

  • A dynamic and collaborative environment within one of the world’s leading professional services firms
  • Hands-on exposure to Consulting, business development, AI-related topics and high-impact client materials
  • Flexible working arrangements with room to balance studies and work
  • The opportunity to contribute your own ideas and shape meaningful deliverables from day one
  • A modern workplace culture with access to experienced professionals and a strong professional network
  • A role based in Switzerland with flexible remote working and occasional collaboration in our Zurich or Basel office
