Werde Teil unseres Sustainable Finance Teams im Bereich Financial Services und unterstütze führende Finanzinstitute bei ihrer nachhaltigen Transformation. Das Team begleitet Banken, Vermögensverwalter, Versicherungen und weitere Marktteilnehmer bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen, der Integration von ESG-Aspekten in Geschäfts- und Investitionsentscheidungen sowie der Entwicklung innovativer Sustainable-Finance-Lösungen. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Expertinnen und Experten sammelst du wertvolle Praxiserfahrung und arbeitest an spannenden Kundenprojekten mit.
Your Impact
- Unterstützung von Projektteams bei der Beratung von Finanzinstituten zu Sustainable-Finance- und ESG-Themen
- Analyse von regulatorischen Entwicklungen, Markttrends und Best Practices im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und Finanzdienstleistungen
- Durchführung von Recherchen und Analysen sowie Aufbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen, Berichte und Workshops
- Mitarbeit bei ESG-Assessments, Nachhaltigkeitsanalysen und Benchmarking-Projekten
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien sowie bei der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungsansätze
- Mitwirkung an Thought Leadership Aktivitäten, Studien und internen Wissensinitiativen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Fachspezialist:innen und Fachspezialisten aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen wie Financial Regulatotion, Risk, Strategy und Sustainability
Your Skill Set
- Kurz vor Abschluss deines Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Banking und Finance, Recht, Economics, Sustainability oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Starkes Interesse an Regulierung, Finanzdientleistungsbranche, Sustainable Finance und ESG-Themen
- Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Erste Kenntnisse zur Finanzregulierung, Nachhaltigkeitsregulatorien, ESG-Standards oder klimabezogenen Themen sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team
