Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

• Actively contribute to Real Estate valuations for major Swiss institutional clients (funds, banks, etc.) as part of the annual balance sheet as well as for potential acquisitions
• Work with valuation tools and build and update data books
• Prepare documents in the context of Real Estate transactions or any other Advisory projects
• Proactively support on other related project (e.g. project management) and internal tasks, proposals and market development activities

This is what makes you successful

• Currently completing a University Degree in Economics, Geography or Urbanism, Civil Engineering or any Real Estate related degree
• Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Professional proficiency in German, good knowledge of French and English
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately with a high degree of professionalism to provide high-quality work even in challenging situations
• Strong interest in Real Estate, any experience in Real Estate seen as an asset
