• Advise executives and operational teams to solve their most complex IT and business challenges
• Design ServiceNow solutions that automate processes, increase efficiency, and create real business value
• Lead transformation projects - from strategy and design through implementation and beyond

Who are we looking for?

Must-Have:

• Is interested to do ServiceNow Consulting and studied Information Systems Management
• Fluent German and Englisch - You communicate confidently with German-speaking clients but also with international Clients
• Functional expertise - You understand business requirements and can translate them into ServiceNow “language”
• Business Analyst mindset - You think in processes, not just features
• Nice-to-Have (but very welcome):
• IT understanding - You know IT processes, ITIL fundamentals, or IT Service Management
• Consulting experience - You have already worked on client projects or in consulting environments
• 1-3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow (ideally in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or Workflow modules) or similar automation platforms
• Certifications - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Administrator
