Your future playground and team
You will join the Decathlon Switzerland HR Team based out of our HQ/Store in Bussigny.
Following an internal reorganization and our rapid growth, our recruitment team needs extra hands on deck to keep up the pace—and that is where YOU come in!
Our TA team is truly nationwide: 2 French speakers (based in Bussigny) and 2 German/Italian speakers (based in Spreitenbach). We collaborate closely every day, speak English together as a team, and gather in person about twice a month.
At Decathlon, we ditch the formal corporate talk: we use the informal “tu/you”, we play sports together, and we share openly. You won’t just be recruiting in a bubble; you’ll be fully immersed in a huge retail ecosystem, connecting daily with store leaders across all our locations.
Your mission and responsibilities

You will act as an ultra-versatile, adaptable “Recruiter on demand”, sourcing and hiring key retail profiles (Sales Assistants, Technicians, Department Managers) as fast as our growth demands.
What you’ll be doing daily:
- Full-cycle recruiting :Manage multi-profile requisitions, build direct talent pipelines, and run smooth selection processes for our stores.
- Proactive candidate experience: Source top candidates, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and deliver an unforgettable candidate journey.
- Empowered problem-solving: Got an idea to streamline a process? Test it, prove it works, and roll it out! Your ideas are truly heard here.

- You are looking for a routine, slow-paced corporate routine
- You get overwhelmed by change, shifting priorities, or tech transitions (like moving to a new ATS…… our big project coming in June 2027)
- You are uncomfortable speaking multiple languages on a daily basis
Profil
What we are looking for :
- Junior graduate: You are early in your career, eager to learn, and full of energy!
- Trilingual mandatory: You are fluent in French, German, and English. (Bonus points: If you speak Italian, you are our absolute dream profile!)
- Adaptable and versatile: You thrive in fast-paced environments, learn quickly, and take initiative without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

- Salary range: 4’800 CHF to 5’500 CHF / month over 12 months. On top of that, you can earn a monthly bonus of up to 10% of your gross salary based on overall country performance (starts from your 4th month).

Technically, this is a 1-year CDD (Fixed-Term Contract) starting in October. However, at Decathlon, a CDD is often just chapter 1 of a great story. Fun fact: our last CEO of Decathlon Switzerland started out as an 18-year-old part-time sales assistant!
