We’re looking for a Graduate Marketing Specialist - Events & Branding to join our People & Purpose (Human Resources) team in Zurich. You’ll be able to use your creativity and knowledge about recruitment event management and marketing, to create experiences that attract the right students and graduates to Deloitte.
How you can make an impact
- Engage our Talent Ambassador Community and drive graduate marketing, from strategy to execution and tracking ROI
- Develop, organise and execute top in class internal and external recruiting events such as career fairs, student networking events or workshops, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Team and Talent Ambassador Community
- Help develop impactful graduate marketing campaigns in close collaboration with our external communications team based on business needs, incorporating the latest trends
- Advise Senior Leaders and employees on effective recruitment event and marketing strategies, sharing best practices and guidelines
- Actively manage and nurture our Talent Community to support ongoing candidate engagement
- Support social media activities and engage our Talent Ambassador Community to promote company events and strengthen brand visibility.
Who we are looking for
- Strong passion for recruitment events and networking activities: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in event management, marketing, employer branding, or graduate recruitment (agency, corporate, or university background all valued)
- Project management excellence: ability to juggle multiple concurrent events, graduate marketing campaigns, and community initiatives across two recruitment seasons (September - November and March - May)
- Deep knowledge of the Swiss university landscape: familiarity with top-tier institutions (ETH, University of Zurich, HSG, HEC Lausanne, etc.), their degree programmes and student demographics
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Comfort with travel: willingness to visit and attend events at our target universities across Switzerland during recruitment season
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills: ability to energize and manage 150+ Talent Ambassadors, build genuine relationships with university contacts, and navigate internal stakeholders across different organizational levels
