The Position

Join the Product Development Medical Affairs (PDMA) Nucleus Team in the Medical Enablement and Growth (MEG) sub-chapter for a 12-month internship in Basel. Within MEG, we empower Medical Affairs teams to learn, grow, and lead with confidence, delivering real impact in healthcare.

This internship is ideal for anyone looking to launch a career in adult learning, capability building, and organizational enablement, starting 01.01.2027. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience designing capability-building initiatives that strengthen skills for teams, leaders, and individuals across PDMA. Serving as a connecting link between People & Culture frameworks and daily operational scenarios, you will help bridge the gap from concept to action—equipping people at all levels with practical tools to actively shape culture and put leadership into practice.
