GBTS Customer Support Engineer (a) URGENTE

Your Tasks

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, investigating and interpreting complex issues related to GBTS products such as flight simulators
• Coordinate on-site support with customers to resolve in-service issues and ensure compliance with Pilatus customer requirements
• Support GBTS software and hardware integration, evaluations and testing
• Collaborate with Pilatus internal stakeholders and customers for continuous improvement
• Investigate reported failures and problems in GBTS software and hardware, providing timely resolutions
• Prepare, review and update technical documentation focusing on GBTS systems

With this you convince us

• University degree in aeronautical engineering, software engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical customer support roles within the aviation industry
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex systems, preferably within a simulation OEM environment, with a strong understanding of ground training systems including simulators
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with customers and Pilatus internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in verbal, written communication, delivering technical concepts clearly and concisely as well as experience in writing technical documents
• Fluency in spoken and written English as well as willingness to travel internationally
