Your role
Are you interested in being part of the UBS and Credit Suisse integration project team? Would you like to shape the future of UBS Personal & Corporate COO organization? You will help us with:
- Overall organizational transition and integration process of the UBS P&C COO and Credit Suisse Swiss Bank COO business units
- Ad-hoc project tasks and deliverables, i.e., preparation of workshops, onboarding trainings, communication support, COO employee events, etc.
- Periodic project touchpoint meetings with COO representatives and subject matter experts (incl., monitoring of action log and progress of project activities)
- Business Management tasks, analysis and processing of ad hoc requests

Your team
You’ll be working in the P&C COO Integration team at our Integration Office premises at Europaallee 21 and Hardturmstrasse 161. We are a small, but impactful team of highly motivated and experienced project leaders, representing the P&C COO business unit in the Swiss Integration project. We are part of P&C COO Transformation Office defining and driving the future organizational setup in close collaboration with the respective COO departments (P&C Operations, Business Risk Management, Channels & Platforms, Client Needs and Digital Platforms & Marketplaces, Marketing & Digital Sales) and being involved in all aspects of the transformation process.
Your expertise
You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- good understanding of banking and first experiences in project management
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
- advanced computer skills (especially MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new skills
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
