What to Expect in Different Departments
As a Graduate Trainee in Technical Operations, you will have the unique opportunity to gain in-depth insights over two years into various innovative areas such as active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain management, and technical project management.
Through rotations, you’ll get to know the processes of a modern pharmaceutical company. You’ll take on diverse tasks and actively contribute to projects. Working alongside different experts, you’ll also build a cross-functional and international network.

What You Bring:
- You hold a Master’s degree or PhD in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field
- Ideally, you already have some practical experience in relevant areas (e.g. through internships)
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High level of initiative and proactivity
- A strong results-driven mindset, pragmatism, and a can-do attitude
- Initial experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written), other languages are a plus
