We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern HR Biologics (m/f/d) to join our team for our location in Basel. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, and contribute to real day-to-day tasks and projects that make an impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects within the department
- Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing initiatives
- Attend and moderate team meetings and contribute ideas
- Prepare reports, presentations, or documentation as needed
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments
- Manage time effectively while working on multiple assignments
- Perform administrative duties as required
Key requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in in a related HR field (HR, Marketing, Business)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
- ability to navigate in ambiguity
