Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Transaction Banking & Products business in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- support client events and conferences by actively engaging in communication and event planning activities as well as interacting with international banks and stakeholders
- support stakeholder engagement, meeting organization and preparation
- support our team and Relationship managers with ongoing business initiatives and look for ways to automate and make collaboration more efficient
- manage information input for various monthly management and business reports
- coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- perform recurring as well as ad-hoc analysis and reporting with SAP Business Objects for sales and business purposes and enhance recurring reporting tools
- support recurring activities for the maintenance of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool and global Management Information System (MIS)
- provide first level support for users of the CRM tool and MIS as well as engage in the deliverables and planning of business sector owned projects
Your team
You’ll be working in the Client & Business Enablement Banks team within Institutional & Multinational Banking. As first line of defense for the Banks client segment, you’ll be the primary partner for the Head Banks Client Coverage and Head Transaction Banking Products as well as the product heads of Cash, Securities and Trade & Export Finance. Responsibilities range from improvement and maintenance of the Banks product shelf, driving the strategic agenda and leading projects in accordance with the priorities defined by the business sector/area. Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has excellent communication skills and is comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- has strong analytical and project management skills
- has experience in working in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team
- has extensive experience with MS Office
- is solution orientated and a problem solver
- self-motivated, highly committed and a strong team player
- is fluent in German and English

Your program
This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
