Your team
Join the Software Delivery Accelerator (SDA) unit and become part of the AppInvestigators team within the SDA Agile Release Train (ART). We focus on observability across the software delivery lifecycle, maintaining critical platforms for Application Performance Management (APM), Synthetic Monitoring, and Load & Performance Testing. You will gain hands-on experience supporting and enhancing these platforms, learning how they help ensure system reliability, performance, and visibility in production environments. You’ll collaborate with engineers and operations teams, contribute to real projects, and develop practical skills in monitoring technologies, automation, and agile delivery methods.
YOUR CHALLENGE
What to work on:
- Support the design and implementation of a modern, global observability platform leveraging Dynatrace SaaS and OpenTelemetry, enabling consistent monitoring across cloud-native and on-premise applications
- Contribute to enhancing and scaling the synthetic monitoring and load & performance testing infrastructure built on Step by Exense, ensuring reliable validation of user journeys and system resilience
- Assist in developing and integrating automated testing capabilities into Step and CI/CD pipelines, helping improve release quality and reduce time-to-market for new features
What to learn:
- Gain practical experience with modern observability tools like Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry and learn how they monitor real-world banking applications
- Understand the fundamentals of performance testing and synthetic monitoring
- Get hands-on platform engineering experience by working with centralised monitoring solutions running across diverse environments, including Kubernetes, Linux, and Windows servers
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of [Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar]
- Initial practical experience in [Java] and skills/knowledge in [quality assurance] is a plus
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
- Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
