Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Digital Banking team in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

• analyze client feedback and prepare weekly summaries with clear, actionable insights
• identify trends, gaps and opportunities to enhance the digital banking experience
• support data clean-up, structuring and quality assurance for client feedback reporting
• contribute to the alignment and tracking of the Digital Banking strategic roadmap
• drive improvements in reporting processes and tools
• support in various activities

Your team

You’ll be working in the UBS Digital Banking team in Zurich. The team drives transformation, integration and product development, and plays a key role in shaping the digital banking strategy. You will collaborate closely with our Product growth lead and stakeholders across the organization.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree), preferably in business, data analytics, finance or a related field
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• has excellent English skills
• has strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to working with data
• has good knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• is interested in digital banking, customer experience and financial services
• is proactive, curious and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Start date: 1 August or by agreement
Length: 6 months

Your program

This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
