Your role

• drive exciting projects to successful completion by contributing own ideas how to further develop our business management
• develop high-quality presentations to convey key project information for management decisions
• steadily and reliably document project work and the basis for key decisions, including tracking of actions, dependencies, issues and project deliverables
• support the solution gathering for ad-hoc topics with relevant teams
• coordinate and take over parts of the business management to ensure a smooth day-to-day business operation and providing management support by e.g. analyzing financial data, planning activities, taking care of logistics and performing quality controls
• facilitate activities across team members and locations

Your team

You’ll be working in the IPS GPE Business Management team in Zurich. Investment Platforms & Solutions (IPS) is the unit within Global Wealth Management which designs the holistic advice process and offering. It develops and sources a wide range of investment solutions, including our flagship investment mandates. Within IPS, Global Platforms & Executions (GPE) is responsible to develop the investment methodology and advice process, as well as run and further develop the platforms supporting our investment solutions.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• a structured work style, confident working autonomously
• a good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• good knowledge of the English and German language

• a conscientious and resilient person with a proactive and self-motivated working style
• capable of working on a wide range of topics across various functions and locations
• consistently demonstrating integrity, active collaboration and constructive challenge
