Your role

Are you interested in new workplace concepts and would you like to work on a large relocation project?
We’re looking for someone who likes to:

  • Work in various relocation sub-projects on the Zürich metro area
  • Support the team in workplace development, execution and designing
  • Accompany users from the conventional workplace into a new modern environment
  • Coordinate furniture orders and monitor deliveries

Internship
Our 9-12 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the program management team in Zürich Altstetten. We are responsible for the efficient use of UBS office buildings. We are constantly developing our modern workplace concept and accompany the implementation to our offices.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • a structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • extensive past experience with MS Office
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)
