Ihre Aufgabe

  • You will act as contact point for help desk inquiries and coordination for further processing.
  • You will process the help desk tickets at first and second level.
  • You support the service desk team with infrastructure support (HW and SW) from workplaces and our peripheral devices.
  • You will help to continuously improve and improve operational IT processes.

Ihr Profil

  • You have completed your training as an EFZ computer scientist or similar training as IT Supporter.
  • You have already been working at least 2 years as an IT/ICT supporter in 1st and 2nd Level.
  • You are communicating fluently in French and good in English.
  • You work in a service and customer-oriented manner.
