Your role

Are you passionate about state of the art IT technology and their importance for modern banking? Are you interested to learn more about IT infrastructure and all the dependencies? Are you interested in data mining and driving analytics?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • support our global team in their efforts to manage the lifecycle of the distributed IT infrastructure
  • become part of an agile global team
  • take responsibility, being flexible and ready to tackle new task popping up.
  • dig into data mining, understand problem patterns and define possible solutions

Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Lifecycle Management Team of Wealth Management and Personal and Corporate Banking in Zurich. We are global team working on application migrations onto new strategic it platforms. We are responsible for the coordination of all activities of this multi million program.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • a commercial background (with it experience, ideally)
  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
