We are looking for new interns in our Global Marketing team for Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Subchapter Lead in specific projects for the team (e.g. training planning, team project dashboards)
  • Support Global Marketing Managers in executing deliverables for select lifecycle teams
  • Contribute to the execution of key marketing programs that have significant business impact
  • Aid in the execution of annual marketing plans and product launch plans, which may include creation of items such as brochures, PowerPoint decks, website updates, email campaigns, advertisements, general digital marketing tactics, marketing notifications, newsletters, etc.
  • Provide support through the Promotional Content Approval Process and to the release of completed materials
  • Liaise with the Digital Marketing team to execute all digital projects
  • Monitor marketing-based metrics to ensure effectiveness of communications programs and budget

Qualifications:

  • Business / Marketing degree (preferred) or Biotech/Life Science degree - either you are enrolled in your studies, or you finished your Master not longer than 12 months
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail oriented, able to prioritize and work under tight timelines
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with internal teams, external partners, customers and vendor/consultants to drive business objectives
  • Proficient in MS Office, with superior PowerPoint skills. Proficient in Adobe Acrobat. Ability to work with design software is a plus

Start date: Ideally from December 2022

Please note that due to work permit reasons, NON-EU/-EFTA nationals need to provide a confirmation by their university stating that an internship is mandatory for their studies.
