Working Student Information Specialist 20%, duration 6 months contract

Interested in exploring the world of archiving? Curious about working in a stimulating and challenging environment of a multinational company? We are looking for a talent with a positive can-do attitude who is able to think “out of the box”.

You are a history student (BA) and would like to gain practical experience with original sources in a historical archive? Key stakeholders are based in Zurich, Switzerland.

What you will do

• Indexing and cataloguing archive material
• Digitizing photos und files
• Duplicate / check control

What you bring

• Enrollment in a University/ Institute of higher education for the duration of the internship is mandatory
• Expected education EG. Student, ideally nearing completion of a Bachelor or Master in history
• We expect confidentiality, accuracy and reliability
• Fluent written and spoken in English and German
• You must be located in Switzerland
