Public services performance, user relationship management, digitalization of the user relationship, new policies implementation, environmental challenges, etc. It is in this challenging context - involving reforms and political requirements - that our team contributes to the definition and implementation of public policies by responding to their specific challenges.

As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of our Geneva multi-disciplinary team, with the objective to become the trusted advisor of our local public clients in their major transformations.

  • Work in project team under the supervision of a manager
  • Support the project team with your expertise in public sector
  • Perform impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research and project management
  • Further develop your skills around public sector challenges
  • Support the acquisition of customers and projects in the Romandie area, leveraging on your current network and track record
  • Actively contribute to build the BearingPoint network in the public sector within Switzerland


  • Successful completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in political science, economics or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in management consulting with a track record of projects in the Public Sector is a prerequisite
  • Native or fluent in French, business fluent in English (both written and spoken), German is an advantage
  • Hermes certification is a plus
  • Ability to communicate your findings and the value they bring to clients with impact orally and in writing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development
