Junior IT Engineer (m/f/d) - Graduate Program

Job Location:

Zurich, Switzerland

Main Responsibilities

You will be part of the Huawei Switzerland Delivery & Service team and support them in all tasks

Establish IT environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards

Configure and integrate storage, virtualization, cloud (e.g., SAN, NAS, S3, Virtualization, Cloud)

Perform IT maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations

Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues

Participate in various channel technology activities and enable Huawei channel partners

Requirements

Recently graduated (2024-2025) from a technical university, preferably Telecommunications or Computer Science.

First work experience or internships in the IT Infrastructure area is preferred

Understanding of Switzerland’s ICT industry

Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented

High flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high-paced organization

Fluent in English and German is a must; further languages are an advantage

Please note that in order to be considered for this position, candidates must have work authorization in Switzerland, be a graduate from a bachelor or masters in 2024-2025 and speak English and German. All applications that do not meet these minimum requirements will not be considered for this program.
