DESCRIPTION

As the IT services market rapidly evolves, ELCA Cloud Services is seeking an intern with Business and IT background to perform research and create contents for exiting Cloud and Modern Workplace solutions. You will join our team to conduct an in-depth market study aimed at identifying emerging trends, key opportunities, and specific customer needs in specific domains. Together with us, you will then organize and implement innovative marketing and sales material that explains our service offerings to potential customers.

During this internship, you will gain experience in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and understanding customer expectations in a dynamic sector. You will also be able to apply your coordination and communication competencies to create strong marketing approaches that show the business value of ELCA Cloud Services’ service offerings.

OBJECTIVES

• Conduct a market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities in the Cloud and Modern Workplace sector.
• Analyze competitors’ offerings and identify key differentiators for ELCA Cloud Services’ services.
• Write a report on strategic service opportunities in Cloud and Modern Workplace and propose how to communicate to potential customers.
• Collect and produce contents that align with ELCA Cloud Services’ strategy and choose suitable channels and forms of communication.
• Demonstrate the potential impact of the suggested marketing concept and material on customer interest and business outcomes.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Studies in Business (major topic) and IT (minor topic) or related fields.
• Base knowledge or interest in Cloud or Modern Workplace.
• Initial experience or interest in market research and marketing.
• Skills in English and German both speaking and in writing.
