The Opportunity
Are you passionate about leveraging data to enhance customer satisfaction? We are offering a six-month internship focused on developing innovative solutions for improving customer experience. Join our team and contribute to a project that will enable organizations to systematize and prioritize customer experience improvement initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct data reviews and perform gap analysis to evaluate the structure, quality, and completeness of current datasets
- Develop statistical rules and algorithms for prioritizing actions and detecting interdependencies
- Establish mechanisms to track the outcomes of customer satisfaction initiatives
- Analyze the accuracy and maturity of current datasets and propose methods to test and validate the framework
- Lay the foundation for future predictive models
- Create a reporting and visualization system for stakeholders
Your Background
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling
- Good in Python or R for data analysis
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive modeling
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
