Join the regional Business Management team of Private Banking Region Emerging Markets to support the Region Head at both strategic and operational levels, capable of navigating a complex global and multicultural environment and motivated to fill a challenging and impactful position.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Contribute as business representative in the conceptual development of projects, initiatives, and activities, execute corresponding data requirements and manage the subsequent implementation in the Region
- Prepare, facilitate, and coordinate various reviews and clean-ups
- Develop, coordinate, and implement communication concepts with key content and material
- Manage regular and ad-hoc business deliverables and requests from the regional senior management team, business units as well as divisional stakeholders and functional partners. This includes business and data analyses for concept developments and reporting as well as presentations
- Manage pro-actively and autonomously regular and ad-hoc Business Management activities and administrative tasks
- Orchestrate regional Management Committees, Management Offsites and Town Halls
- Collaborate and coordinate actively with various stakeholders across the Bank to represent the interests of the Region
YOUR PROFILE
Professional skills:
- Relevant higher education
- Relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably in a global bank
- Deep knowledge of the private banking industry in general and profound understanding of the front perspective in particular

- Flexible and resilient team player with integrity and a great sense of responsibility
- Highly motivated, solution-oriented professional with a can-do attitude and ability to multi-task, fully dedicated to top results
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high attention to detail without losing sight of the essentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately, competently, and professionally
- Ability to build strong and enduring stakeholder relationships and collaborate successfully across all functions and hierarchical levels
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, complex, and demanding environment in a structured and independent manner
- Ability to develop and implement business-related concepts
- Ability to gather, interpret, and present business-relevant data
- Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English, with German of great benefit (written and spoken)
