We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business.
You’ll get to:
- drive the transmission of investment ideas and solutions, ensuring clients receive the right content at the right time via appropriate channel
- develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to tailor content production effectively, ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic goals
- contribute to our flagship House View content by producing or orchestrating the production of additional assets such as reports, digital events, videos, or charts
- collaborate with economists, analysts, strategists, product specialists, and advisors to drive diverse projects, connecting content, solutions, advisors, and clients
- analyze data to help us reach more clients and achieve greater levels of engagement.
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
- develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
- attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business
Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zürich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.
You’ll be working in the Investment Communications team, who writes our macroeconomic House View content, and ensures it has an impact with our clients and advisors around the world, with a focus on EMEA and Switzerland. You’ll draw on our global team of analysts, speak with our network of advisors, liaise with product specialists, and leverage the team’s capabilities to ensure our clients and advisors are well connected with award-winning content and best-in-class products.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German, French, or Italian preferred
- has strong background and keen interest in financial markets, research, or sales-related functions, with a degree in a relevant discipline
- has an autonomous, diligent, and detail-oriented work style
- is competent with MS Office
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
Start Date: January 2026

Your program
This paid internship will last 6-12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
