Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our Paying by Cards and Digital Wallets crew in Zurich, Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- research, test and evaluate innovative payment solutions and market trends on the Swiss and international markets

develop and maintain products, features and services, ensuring a strong client focus and a dedicated, result
oriented work style - collaborate closely with IT and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across the bank to deliver impactful solutions
- support marketing initiatives to drive increased card usage while fostering ongoing, meaningful engagement with clients to strengthen relationships and enhance their experience
- contribute as a successful team player in an agile environment with strong organizational, conceptual and project management skills, demonstrating passion and dedication.
Your team
You’ll be working for the crew ‘Paying by Cards and Digital Wallets’ in Zurich, which is focusing on developing and maintaining innovative products and services in the field of payment cards and digital wallets. Be part of an innovative and dynamic team, successfully pushing the cards business of UBS Switzerland. If you would like to experience innovation, product management and implementation right at the heart of the digital transformation in banking, you are in the right place with us. We work closely with IT and with stakeholders from business, marketing, analytics and legal & compliance to create innovative projects and solutions with direct impact on day-to-day business.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- has excellent English and German skills
- has interest in product development, product management and marketing of cards & digital wallets
- has strong communication and conceptual skills
- has a structured work style, and is confident working autonomously
- has a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge in banking. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
