This is your opportunity to join the Restructuring Services (RS) Team within Financial Advisory. As the market leader in Switzerland, we are supporting multinational banking groups and Swiss banks in optimising shareholder value by driving wind down and liquidation projects as well as leading corporate transactions consolidating their footprint in Europe. We support clients from preparation through implementation to post closure support from an operational, legal and regulatory perspective.

The Data Agent team sits with Restructuring Services and is a cross-functional operational unit, acting for multiple active liquidation/data agency mandates for closed or closing Swiss Banks.

Working strictly within the regulations applicable to banking operations, particularly pertaining to data retention, data provision and banking secrecy, we seek a junior consultant to join our successful and dedicated team.

What you can expect from us

• You assist liquidation and wind down activities in frequent interactions with

  Lead Partners and Liquidators.

• Together with your colleagues you are involved in key Swiss transformational

  projects.

• You assess and fulfil “request for information” concerning tax compliance,

  litigations, successions and criminal investigations.

• You identify and validate stakeholders (authorities, legal representatives,

  suppliers, former clients and colleagues) respecting the obligations of Swiss

  banking secrecy and compliance procedures.

Your experience and qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in banking ideally within Compliance or Audit

• A university degree in Finance, Economics Law or equivalent; Compliance

  Management Certificate.

• You grasp new concepts quickly and are both customer and goal-oriented.

• You find working with various stakeholders, daily challenges and exciting

  projects rewarding.

• You are reliable, willing to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment

  and happy to work independently.

• You think analytically and in a structured manner.
• You are happy to travel in the area of Switzerland.

• You communicate fluently in German and English. French and any further

  languages would be advantageous.
