Your Role

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand unique workforce needs, advise upon and develop appropriate acquisition approaches
  • Pilot, assess, adapt and make available various onsite and online assessment tools to specific recruitments: selection questions, assessment center, tests or alternative interview models to make our recruitment process more objective and efficient
  • Advertise job openings and collaborate with the HR Marketing team to diffuse the job advertisement on targeted and specific job boards and social media platforms
  • Design and conduct appropriate, effective and unbiased assessment and selection approaches, ensuring these provide a suitable experience for candidates
  • Be the key contact for the candidates during the recruitment process and answer their questions in a timely manner and keeping in mind their candidate experience (including the outcome of their application)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and deployment of the Talent Acquisition strategic aims
  • Assume the role of subject matter expert in regards to Talent Acquisition and proactively seek a partnering relationship with métiers to ensure recruiter is well positioned to advise and design necessary solutions in advance of requirements
  • Participate, and lead as assigned, on development work and project streams

Requirements

  • You will sit within the Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
  • You are responsible for the delivery of the end to end TA service

  • University degree or equivalent in human resources or business administration
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR role, with at least 3 years' in a recruitment role with an international exposure
  • Previous experience in the humanitarian and / or voluntary sector a very strong asset
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • Computer literate and experience in the use and maintenance of an application tracking systems and databases, preferably Success Factors
  • At ease with the development and analysis of statistics and metrics

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter (Bilingual) for a 9 month mission starting ASAP.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the end to end Talent Acquisition service for a given population in line with the operational needs: proactively tracking human resources needs, designing appropriate assessment approaches, assessing candidates’ applications, conducting interviews and making recruitment decisions in conjunction with the units concerned or with Operations.
