Bonavi is a brand of The Happy Baby Company GmbH and is located in the heart of beautiful Berlin. We believe that parents-to-be should not have to make compromises when it comes to buying the right stroller by having to make a decision between price and quality. We have become pioneers in our field by selling the Bonavi 2-in-1 pushchair and pram via our online shop exclusively.

Your Tasks
- You will be responsible for our market entry in the Netherlands as well as for the strategical and operational set up of the core business areas, such as business development, marketing and operations
- You will collaborate closely with the Business Development, other Country teams and the Founding team – valuable first-hand insights
- You will be based in Berlin, however, you might sometimes travel to „your“ market in order to gain and maintain business contacts and partners
- You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to consider risks, coordinate legal topics and work on financial aspects in cooperation with our internal teams
- Together with our marketing team, you will rapidly grow the market through all relevant channels and set up the branding for Bonavi within the market
- You will set up a sophisticated reporting system to track, trace and optimize the countries performance

Requirements
- You have successfully gone through your Bachelor studies and placed yourself among the top 20% of your class in business administration, economics, business informatics or a related field – now you are in your final year or gap year - OR you are currently in your Master studies (business administration, economics or related) and want to complete them with an ambitious internship
- You have at least relevant experience from one former job or internship in the operational area of a company, ideally in an e-commerce start-up or a similarly competitive environment
- You are an entrepreneur at heart with strong business-oriented thinking and a hands-on mentality
- You have a can-do-attitude, you love to take ownership and you always have endurance to get a project through, even when it gets difficult
- You are highly motivated, a quick learner a reliable team member with strong leadership skills
- You have strong analytical skills and approach problems in a pragmatic and goal oriented manner
-You are a Dutch native speaker and are fluent in English; German skills are a plus but not a requirement
