The Roche Internship Program in Technology and Computer Sciences/IT (RiGI) offers internships twice per year (Spring and Autumn semesters) from 3 to 12 months in different areas in our truly global Home4IT community (eg Software Engineering/Coding, Cyber Security, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Software Solutions, Computer Architecture, Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration and more). If you want to experience Roche’s central nervous system and be inspired by top-notch computer scientists partnering with our life scientists to advance medicines that benefit patients, then RiGI is the place for you!

Your main accountabilities will:

  • The PMO supports the Rollin Manager ensuring the project is delivered as prescribed in our Project Management Methodology (PMM)
  • Issues management related to project management deliverables
  • Meeting coordination and documentation via meeting minutes and action trackers with appropriate communication to team members and stakeholders
  • Onboarding of new team members
  • Organizing events (e.g. team workshops) with the help of assistants / event planners
  • Support budget monitoring and invoicing procedures with external partners

What do you need in your toolbox?

  • You are an enrolled student in the field of Business, IT, Project Management, Engineering or comparable area of study.
  • You are a Digital native with a strong skill set in digital tools, trends and way of working.
  • You are a self-reliant person with a high motivation to push the Digital Transformation forward.
  • You have the curiosity to explore new software tools and ability to structure test result outcomes.
  • You have an agile mind-set & hands-on mentality
  • You are open-minded and willing to learn new things
  • You have strong communication skills - fluency in English, both written and spoken.
