Customer Support Engineer – Mechanical Systems

What you do:

• Provide professional solutions to the full range of mechanical systems engineering issues, specialising in the aircraft power plant
• Point of contact for mechanical engineering support for Pilatus Military Aircraft customers
• Processing of customer mechanical engineering queries and technical investigations
• Technical liaison and vendor management with external suppliers of systems and equipment
• Organise and lead technical investigations

What you bring:

• University Degree or equivalent in aerospace or mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of aircraft mechanical systems, including the power plant
• Customer liaison experience and experience in dealing with military customers is advantageous
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Fluent in written and spoken English with very good writing skills (min. C1), German as an advantage
