Internship Customer Experience Innovation
We are searching for a Customer Experience Innovation Intern who will join our digitalization team and whose role will primarily be to support the development of the ABB Ability™ Customer Experience (ACE) Digital Innovation Kit. In details, the resource will focus on supporting project management including improvements in the user interface and customer experience. Furthermore, supporting cross collaboration between the digitalization team and other functions within ABB will be key for this position.
Your responsibilities
- ABB ACE Operations app project management and ownership
- Coordination with various stakeholders to improve user interface and customer experience across the entire ACE Customer Journey
- Making sure that the app content management system (CMS) is well integrated to the ABB ACE Center ecosystem.
- Create ABB ACE Operations app user stories
Your background
- Degree/Master Student in Engineering or Business Administration
- Experience with software architecture and user interface
- You like to work in an Agile Environment
- You are enthusiast to work in a Global Team and are not afraid of a B2B environment
- Hands-on and calm under pressure; creative in problem-solving
