Your Role

As the CI Strategy Execution Associate - Intern you will

• Support the implementation of core strategic initiatives for the corporate and commercial business of the Zurich Group
• Among the broad spectrum of ongoing initiatives, you will focus in particular on business development projects
• Own specific workstreams within projects, supporting the definition of problem solving methodologies and procedures to be used
• Interact with Senior Group Executives to discuss project outcomes
• Given the current situation, we offer this internship virtually. Key stakeholders are based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Job Requirements, Skills and Experience

As the CI Strategy Execution Associate - Intern you will

• Have a business or engineering academic background from first tier university, with proven outstanding results
• Have excellent analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems; ability to develop creative and structured solutions
• Have high level of personal initiative and commitment
• Have excellent English language written and verbal skills essential, German would be an advantage
• At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at university or a center of further education
• Given the current travel restrictions you must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the internship.
