Zurich is market leading in the international program business servicing multinational commercial customers. The Network Management team within the Commercial Insurance International Program unit (CI IPZ) is responsible for the service delivery of these multinational customers across over 215 territories.

Your Role

As an intern in IPZ Network Management you will

  • Support the project team to execute on the IPZ Network Management Strategy to bring IPZ and NWM to the next level. These strategic and international projects are by nature highly complex with significant business impact globally and require multi-faceted change management, strong communications and stakeholder management
  • Act as liaison between business units in countries and the head quarter
  • Assist the project team in development and finalization of company guidelines

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent in abstract thinking and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to adapt to the various levels of the organization and across countries and functions
  • Strong skills in working internationally and change management to influence countries and leadership teams and align them around delivering and supporting strategic objectives
  • Savviness in new technologies and innovation preferred
  • Highly motivated, strongly performing, thinking outside of the box, highly organized, “can do” attitude, flair for people, strong delivery track record

Education / Experience

  • A currently matriculated student in a bachelor’s or master’s course or equivalent (ideally in Business Administration / Economics)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office toolsets
  • Project management / consulting experience with background in agile and lean methodologies
  • Background in Insurance / Financial Services preferred
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal skills essential); any additional language of advantage
