Key responsibilities
- Work with the PQE (Product Quality Engineering) Team and support in daily work

Support in structuration of product and manufacturing process related technical information and data such as: Laboratory Analysis Report and Initial Process studies
- Work with the team lead support him to make it a success (e.g. preparation of team meetings, info sessions)
- Support the wider team based on time and interest with your skills and experience
- Preparation and facilitation of project meetings, workshops and events
- Support the implementation of the tool e.g. by creating training material / organization of trainings and facilitation of change management activities
Who you are

You are an ambitious and curious student who is currently enrolled in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar fields or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months)
- You enjoy quality engineering and project management and have a flair for digital/IT.
- Passionate about delivering value to others in the form of projects.
- Happy to work on detail-oriented tasks (such as project plans) but also to support high-level strategic topics (such as a project vision etc.) and good visualization skills are an advantage
- Highly proficient in working virtually (video-enabled calls / online and offline collaboration)
- Familiar with virtual collaboration tools (preferably with the Google suite; project management tools (such as Smartsheet or MS Project)
- Easily approachable for others to support your personal development. You are self-aware, interested in concepts like “Growth Mindset” and structured feedback to improve your skills.
- Fluent in German and English verbally and in writing
Start date: March - April 2021
Workload: 80 - 100%
Duration: 6 - 12 months
